Legals only - $550
Some couples prefer a no-fuss, legals only ceremony. Whether you are formalising your marriage before or after a larger celebration, have time constraints or simply choosing a quieter path, I can do this at my home office in Swanbourne (or by prior arrangement, in Albany or Denmark.)

This ceremony is ideally suited for couples who want a straightforward experience with limited or no guests. I can even arrange the witnesses should that be needed.

I get it- you dream of your bestie/sibling/cousin being the one to officiate on your big day. I can make that happen so long as I am standing right there with them, speaking the mandatory legal phrases and orchestrating the documents signing.

What’s included (all packages):
- All packages include everything you need to make a marriage ceremony valid and legal in Australia
- Megan Aitken, the authorised marriage celebrant
- A legal marriage ceremony
- Lodgement of your NOIM (Notice Of Intended Marriage) form at least one month before your wedding
- All other paperwork: Official Certificate of Marriage x 2, Declaration of No Legal Impediment, and Form 15
- Option to exchange personal vows
- Option to exchange rings.
- As many guests as your venue allows
- Guests can take photographs and videos
Add-Ons:
- Two witnesses who are over the age of 18 and will sign your Form 15 and Official Certificate of Marriage.
$200 - Sound System: Bose sound system with microphone
$100 - Travel surcharge for venues over 1 hour away from Swanbourne (Perth) and Denmark (Great Southern)
- The Midnight Olive- wedding-in-a-box caravan available from mid 2027, and in the Great Southern only
$2,000 - Wedding Favours. Olive oil and honey
